Next, we prime the parapet wall with asphalt and install a new 1.5" Poly ISO insulation layer to reinforce the area. To enhance the roof’s durability, we provide and install a cant strip before applying a new layer of white granulated modified bitumen wall flashing that extends over the parapet wall. Finally, we reinstall the saved clay coping, ensuring a secure, watertight seal that restores the roof's strength and longevity.
