Does Anchor Point offer warranties?
Yes, we are proud to back our quality work with warranties. We offer a five-year labor warranty for all pitch and steep slope jobs. Additionally, we have both a five-year and ten-year labor warranty for flat or low slope roof projects (dependent on project size).
How often should I get my roof inspected?
At the very least, you should schedule a roof inspection once a year. However, the preferred plan is twice annually, especially for older roofing systems. If your roof is new and you want to retain your warranty coverage, you'll need to adhere to the required guidelines for coverage.
